  • Member of interdepartmental team managing the Birmingham page on the internal corporate online community
  • Developed material regarding the staff, functions and amenities of office
  • Detailed and photographed various points of interest in and around Birmingham city centre

Office Social Committee

  • Regularly collaborate with colleagues to organise and deliver employee engagement activities for more than 300 office staff
  • Promoted an extremely successful Halloween themed employee event in October 2018
  • Currently leading a beach-themed employee charity event for July 2019

New Online Resource

  • Involved as a champion for a new online resource for employees and customers
  • Assisted in registration drives to encourage employees from across the whole of the business to create their personalised accounts and explore the resources available
  • Platform is now used by every employee on a daily basis as it houses myriad resources from Learning and Development, Reward and Benefit, management guides, payslips, and news from around the business

HR App

  • Helped launch a new online HR app in 2015 through a phased introduction, eventually applying to the entire corporate estate
  • Presented the HR app to delegates from around the business at our head office and recorded constructive criticism from these sessions to incorporate into the next phase of the project
  • Developed and personally scripted, produced, edited, and narrated original online training videos for HR app which are still in use on the corporate eLearning app

Knowledgebase

  • Collaborated with representatives from every team within HR Shared Services to develop a central knowledgebase, for use by firstline support call takers. This involved producing process maps for all possible HR app queries and standard responses to the majority of those
  • Developed and personally produced original training materials, including user guides, a PowerPoint slideshow, and guided practice exercises for firstline support call takers, ensuring a working knowledge of SAP software and HR app. This enables team members to triage most queries themselves, but also to know when to escalate a query for secondline support

Employee Satisfaction Survey

  • Part of a team that implemented, and continues to implement on a regular basis, a business-wide employee survey¬† which monitors employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Focus of this work is to ensure reporting lines and Organisational Management are as up to date as possible so the survey is distributed correctly among unit staff
